The position are located in Tamale, Takoradi, Kumasi, Cape Coast and Accra.<\/p>\n<p>The M&amp;E Assistants position will focus on supporting the development and implementation of the M&amp;E system to ensure that all project activities are adequately monitored and reported; including development and management of various data collection tools and databases, training and supervision of district, NGO and community-based groups data verification and quality assessment, data compilation and reporting, and other related responsibilities. These position require extensive travel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Research Assistants require a Bachelors Degree in a relevant field a  minimum of 2 years relevant professional working experience<br \/>\nStrong knowledge in the design and management of MS Access Database. Knowledge in the use of SPSS, EPI INFO and\/or STATA would be an added advantage<br \/>\nSolid knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods<br \/>\nExperience in conducting trainings through seminars<br \/>\nExcellent communication and presentation skill in English<br \/>\nTeam player, highly-motivated, self-starter, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Submit application with cover letter via email or hard copy.
