Airtel takes the lead with innovative services including the Airtel One network which is currently available in 16 countries in Africa and the award-winning Airtel Money (e-Commerce) service<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose:<\/strong><br \/>\nTo plan and achieve the targeted revenue from the Prepaid &amp; Postpaid product categories while ensuring implementation of customized programs to create stickiness of the existing base, resulting in reduced customer churn &amp; higher usage.<\/p>\n<p>Achieve the desired revenue from the base by designing and developing customized programs<br \/>\nDesigning, managing, analyzing programs and promoting offers to create stickiness of the base to the network and hence building loyalty<br \/>\nDecrease the contribution of inactive users in the network<br \/>\nEnsure an error free process for various tariffs\/promotional programs<br \/>\nEnsure an increase in the contribution of long distance traffic in the calling pattern<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>First Degree in Marketing<br \/>\nPost graduate in Marketing<br \/>\nMasters in Business Administration would be preferred additional qualification<br \/>\n12 years of experience in Marketing<br \/>\n3 years of relevant telecom or FMCG experience<br \/>\n8 &#8211; 10 years in handling product category<br \/>\nAbility to innovate and deliver value to business at multiple levels<br \/>\nAbility to manage large scale and very wide geographical scopes across Africa<br \/>\nAbility to manage outsourcing partners to deliver business solutions<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qualified candidates should email their resume or CV, quoting the respective references in the subject of the email to: <strong>resourcing.gh@gh.africaairtel.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer valid till:\u00a020 Jul, 2011<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Airtel was launched in Ghana in November 2010 as one of the 16 operating countries of Airtel International.
