In this role, you will ensure customer value and happiness through an efficient service delivery.<\/p>\n<p>As the\u00a0<strong>Head of DS West Africa Account<\/strong>, you will support service sales directly or indirectly via the unit resources as you understand and align with the overall service delivery processes, models, and strategies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head of DS West Africa Account<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will have a role in the line organization (the operational organization), with the purpose to lead their area of responsibility aligned with the instructions. You will collaborate to ensure that work is executed within the scope of OHS requirements.<\/p>\n<p>All activities in the Ericsson group are performed under the responsibility of one or more Line Managers. Line Managers act as per the Ericsson Leadership Framework and promote Ericsson\u2019s values, ethics and culture of the organization to ensure excellent performance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will ensure service delivery execution<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for driving and supporting services sales<\/li>\n<li>Build a productive work environment for individuals and own organization<\/li>\n<li>Drive performance management (process)<\/li>\n<li>Drive competence management<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Resource management<\/li>\n<li>Look after unit finance within your group.<\/li>\n<li>End to end responsibility for all program &amp; projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: M.SC, MBA or equivalent through experience<\/li>\n<li>Minimum experience of 10 years in sales or delivery in ICT industry<\/li>\n<li>Domain experience in OSS \/ BSS \/ Cloud \/ IMS \/ Digital Payment gateway domain<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage relationships at C-Level internally and externally.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the sales process<\/li>\n<li>Customer and market insight<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Social and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Financial acumen and skills<\/li>\n<li>Formulating strategies and concepts<\/li>\n<li>Adhering to principles and values<\/li>\n<li>This role requires 50 % travel<\/li>\n<li>Leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high pace environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are now looking for a\u00a0Head of DS West Africa Account, are you interested?
