\n\u2022 Carry out offshore audit and site visit.
\n\u2022 Motivate staff to work safely and promote Southey safety initiatives.
\n\u2022 Participate in the client STOP reporting system.
\n\u2022 Support continuous improvements and act on lessons learned.
\n\u2022 Ensure new chemical required for scope is sent to MODEC for approval in line with the plan.
\n\u2022 Ensure all incidents and anomalies are reported to line management and Southey HSE.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Plan short-range action-steps to carry out goals set by management.
\n\u2022 Organise work group.
\n\u2022 Assign jobs\/specific tasks to the workforce to achieve the targets.
\n\u2022 Identify training needs and report to management
\n\u2022 Have good project control skills
\n\u2022 Stand in for Fabric Maintenance Manager as required
\n\u2022 Develop group cohesiveness<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Ensure the offshore team have the relevant work instruction arid procedures to carry out the work as per the plan
\n\u2022 Define the materials, plant, equipment and consumables required to execute the work.
\n\u2022 Ensure daily reports are received from offshore supervisors timeously and in correct format.
\n\u2022 Track all offshore work against fabric maintenance plans.
\n\u2022 Compile progress reports from daily reports into reporting templates.
\n\u2022 Conduct regular work site inspections\/ audits to ensure compliance to the MODEC and Southey procedures\/specifications.
\n\u2022 Manage the training and competency matrix and identify any gaps.
\n\u2022 Further tasks or requirements as requested or directed by supervisors.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 15 years\u2019 industry experience at similar level.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Excellent Communication Skills.
\n\u2022 QA\/QC qualification.
\n\u2022 Knowledge in Risk and Safety Management
\n\u2022 Ability to manage multiple projects.<\/p>\n
