\n\u2022 Carry out staff audits, identify gaps and propose staffing levels for the organisation
\n\u2022 Implement HR policies, practices and procedures and ensure compliance with laws and\/or regulations regarding industrial relations
\n\u2022 Reviewing departmental recruitment requests
\n\u2022 Maintain an up to date and accurate staff records and filing system<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 At least 3 years in a dynamic Human Resource role
\n\u2022 Understanding and practical knowledge in industrial relations laws<\/p>\n
