{"id":43996,"date":"2020-01-22T13:05:08","date_gmt":"2020-01-22T13:05:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=43996"},"modified":"2020-01-22T13:05:45","modified_gmt":"2020-01-22T13:05:45","slug":"mtn-ghana-recruitment-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/mtn-ghana-recruitment-2020.html","title":{"rendered":"MTN Ghana Recruitment 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Provide support in collating and analysing financial information in order to monitor performance at an enterprise level.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Supervisory Contractor, Carrier Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in preparation of Carrier Operations performance reports on a periodic basis for the Opco<\/li>\n<li>Lead data gathering initiative for conducting performance analysis<\/li>\n<li>Collate inputs from different systems or place requests with different stakeholders to gather raw information required for performance analysis<\/li>\n<li>Validate accuracy of information provided prior to commencement of analysis (basic reconciliations like trend analysis, variance analysis etc)<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with business for clarifications on inputs provided<\/li>\n<li>Prepare initial drafts of reports on agreed metrics as per defined performance analysis schedule\/ calendar<\/li>\n<li>Submit initial drafts of analysis for approval and validation with the Business &amp; Carrier Operations Manager (as per defined delegation of authority)<\/li>\n<li>Analyse result to determine business performance<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with different stakeholders to discuss performance results, determine root cause for deviations (if any) and derive best suited action plan<\/li>\n<li>Obtain and consolidate responses from the relevant stakeholders based on the report being produced<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with SSH to validate AP, AR payments transactions recorded by the SSH team in EBS<\/li>\n<li>Invoicing, Settlement, Credit collections from interconnect partners<\/li>\n<li>MTN GlobalConnect reporting<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with RAFM to track SIMbox and IPRS fraud<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Context:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dynamic and highly competitive telecommunication &amp; ICT industry<\/li>\n<li>Highly regulated environment<\/li>\n<li>Performance driven environment<\/li>\n<li>Diverse cultural environment<\/li>\n<li>Group best practices &amp; standards alignment<\/li>\n<li>Regionalization structure implication<\/li>\n<li>Supply market demographics<\/li>\n<li>Opco specific restrictions on local content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Education:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field of study.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 years relevant experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Professional\/Technical competencies: \u00a0<em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Wholesale Telecom environment<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of telecom fraud management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Provide support in collating and analysing financial information in order to monitor performance at an enterprise level.
