You will work closely with the Business Development team to ensure potential deals\/clients are converted to tangible sales deals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Executive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Main missions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with Business Development Executives to understand leads originating from donors or implementer HQs<\/li>\n<li>Identify new sales opportunities &amp; lead cross-functional bid teams<\/li>\n<li>Perform the actual sales to the Customers (implementers &amp; governments)<\/li>\n<li>Lead proposal development and typically write exec summary, financials and other generic chapters of the proposal<\/li>\n<li>Lead proposal presentation and negotiation to Customers, supported by bid team as required<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement closing plan<\/li>\n<li>Hand over won projects to Client success team<\/li>\n<li>Qualify bids to ensure focus is on the right bids whilst maintaining a strong win rate<\/li>\n<li>Manage own pipeline and individual bids through to successful completion<\/li>\n<li>Keep current with industry trends and best practices and key issues facing donors, implementers and competitors<\/li>\n<li>Ensures the CRM is correctly up to date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Essential qualifications: Bachelor\u2019s degree in related field<\/li>\n<li>Post grad degree as an\u00a0<strong>MBA is a plus<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a senior\u00a0Sales role operating within Africa,\u00a0preferably in the\u00a0international development or government sector<\/li>\n<li>Strong networks within the international development or government sector in Africa<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in writing proposals and closing deals with clients, preferably for international development or government sector<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You must have an excellent Consultancy background<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent partner focus, strong attention to detail and the ability to operate in a dynamic solutions-based organization<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial acumen<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated and energised<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A\u00a0health solutions company focused on improving the health and well-being of underserved populations across the world, is looking to recruit their future Sales Executive, to be based in Ghana.
