{"id":44273,"date":"2020-01-28T16:10:35","date_gmt":"2020-01-28T16:10:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=44273"},"modified":"2020-01-28T16:10:35","modified_gmt":"2020-01-28T16:10:35","slug":"vivo-energy-vacancies-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/vivo-energy-vacancies-2020.html","title":{"rendered":"Vivo Energy Vacancies 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Territory Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Responsible for managing the relationship between Shell and Retailer at site level, ensuring consistent delivery of the Vivo Energy Customer Commitment<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify Gaps in all aspects of site performance (including service and \u2018people\u2019) for geographical area and mandate, advice or offer Retailers Vivo Energy-recommended tools, processes and support to help them to profitably deliver the Customer Commitment at the Retail site and to develop the business for the mutual benefit of both the Retailer and Vivo Energy.<\/li>\n<li>Maximizing all sales development potential whilst protecting Vivo Energy\u2019s interests, through the coaching and motivating of Retailers.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in attraction and selection of the right Retailers<\/li>\n<li>Through coaching, supporting and performance management of Retailers to deliver the basics and higher performance, ensure best Retailers have best sites and that poor Retailer performance is eliminated.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and maintain positive Retailer relationships, supporting Retailers to achieve and maintain top class site performance (including counseling to underperforming sites).<\/li>\n<li>Deliver Sales &amp; Operations targets for geographical area through regular reviews and appropriate action plans.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Retailers implement all areas of the Customer Commitment and ensure compliance with the Site Operations\/HSSE standards, contracts and manuals.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and maintain a Retailer master plan within Territory through Retailer assessment and involvement with recruitment processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that Retailers\u2019 actions do not damage Vivo Energy\u2019s Reputation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that the Retailer trains and develops their staff, and understands the importance of people in delivering the Customer Commitment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics and Engineering<\/li>\n<li>3-4 years\u2019 experience in Retail Marketing, site Operations and Dealer Management<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years\u2019 experience in NFR operations<\/li>\n<li>Demonstration of the aspired Enterprise First behaviors (Leadership, Accountability, Teamwork) and Vivo Energy core values (Honesty, Integrity, Respect for People)<\/li>\n<li>Strong team member with excellent communications skills<\/li>\n<li>Broad competence in Retail Sales &amp;
