If you work well in a dynamic collaborative culture, set\u00a0high standards<\/p>\n<p>We seek the services of a Senior Associate, Global Partnerships &amp; Development<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Title<\/b><strong>: Senior Associate, Global Partnerships &amp; Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Partnership Development (70% FTE)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research potential partners and prioritize and evaluate new corporate, development,foundation and government partnership\u00a0prospects<\/li>\n<li>Network at appropriate conferences, meetings, and other forums to promote Farmerline and develop potential opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Build relationships with new potential partners<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing strategies and solutions that completely solve supply chain challenges of potential clients, and\u00a0\u00a0communicating these effectively through high-quality proposals and\u00a0presentations<\/li>\n<li>Write, edit, and prepare proposals and other materials for a range of funding opportunities and current partnerships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Partner Success (30% FTE)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and scale up short pilots that demonstrate Farmerline\u2019s value proposition<\/li>\n<li>Ensures a seamless transition of customer responsibility to the designated customer success team following a successful\u00a0implementation<\/li>\n<li>Work with the partner success or project management team to ensure all deadlines,proposals and reports are submitted on time<\/li>\n<li>Turn exciting prospects into successful partnerships that create lasting profit for farmers everywhere<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for team process improvement, coordinating with team members to creatively solve problems and\u00a0implement solutions<\/li>\n<li>Provide excellent customer service by responding quickly to the needs or challenges of existing and potential clients and\u00a0partners<\/li>\n<li>Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3 years experience in fundraising and development or communications with a track record of successfully securing\u00a0partnerships larger than $50,000<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of working experience in total<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English required. Professional proficiency in French is an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Effective verbal and written communicator<\/li>\n<li>A successful track record of collaborating across cultures and continents<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and a willingness to learn additional software such as Hubspot, Pipedrive, and others as needed<\/li>\n<li>An ability to lead and innovate in challenging and changing environments and to problem solve accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Superb attention to detail and demonstrable skill for system and process management<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding written and verbal communications skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across departments<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and produce high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years working in partnership or business development teams for a social enterprise<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in global food, agriculture, international development and related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Pipedrive or similar partnership development software<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of and experience working in Africa and connecting with partners globally<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with working in a fast-growing for-profit social enterprise<\/li>\n<li>Experience with proposal writing and management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You will bring Farmerline\u2019s tools and services to clients and partners around the world.
