A new exposure to a working with global Teams, influencing Colleagues and Customer decisions appying new skills and competencies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-dynamic=\"AdditionalInfo\">Account Management<br \/>\n\u2022 Be proactive and assertive<br \/>\n\u2022 Customer relationship management<br \/>\n\u2022 Schedule and execute customer meetings<br \/>\n\u2022 Clearly mapping stakeholders and understanding their needs<br \/>\nRevenue Management \u2013 Including D&amp;D<br \/>\n\u2022 Create and manage specific customer plans allowing Maersk Line to maximize its revenue potential covering both OCE and L&amp;S<br \/>\n\u2022 Keep abreast of market developments and report relevant information to CPL and Sales\/commercial Manager<br \/>\n\u2022 Proactively assist Finance and Customer Service in clearing outstanding invoices and longstanding containers respectively<br \/>\nValue Selling through Pipeline Management<br \/>\n\u2022 Use Market Mapping to identify total potential volume for the customer<br \/>\n\u2022 Qualify customer opportunities using:<br \/>\n\u2022 Uncovering needs framework, understanding the buying phases<br \/>\n\u2022 Using and understanding the Value Selling methodology<br \/>\n\u2022 Build strong customer specific value propositions linking Maersk Line differentiators to customer\u2019s pains\/needs<br \/>\n\u2022 Actively use Maersk Line CRM tool<br \/>\nSales Meetings\/Activity Management<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare for Sales meetings with clear agenda and desired outcomes in the CRM tool<br \/>\n\u2022 Follow the Value Selling principles<br \/>\n\u2022 Always send out confirmation letter to customer after the sales meetings<\/p>\n<p><strong>We are looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"expanding-block\">\n<p data-dynamic=\"Requirements\">\u2013 Minimum of a tetiary qualification<br \/>\n\u2013 At least 3 years Sales or Customer Service experience<br \/>\n\u2013 Knowledge and understanding of Maersk products<br \/>\n\u2013 Demonstrated ability to work with Teams<br \/>\n\u2013 Mid to advance competency with microsoft suite particularly excel<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you driven, ambitious and open to new challenges?
