\n\u2022 Be proactive and assertive
\n\u2022 Customer relationship management
\n\u2022 Schedule and execute customer meetings
\n\u2022 Clearly mapping stakeholders and understanding their needs
\nRevenue Management \u2013 Including D&D
\n\u2022 Create and manage specific customer plans allowing Maersk Line to maximize its revenue potential covering both OCE and L&S
\n\u2022 Keep abreast of market developments and report relevant information to CPL and Sales\/commercial Manager
\n\u2022 Proactively assist Finance and Customer Service in clearing outstanding invoices and longstanding containers respectively
\nValue Selling through Pipeline Management
\n\u2022 Use Market Mapping to identify total potential volume for the customer
\n\u2022 Qualify customer opportunities using:
\n\u2022 Uncovering needs framework, understanding the buying phases
\n\u2022 Using and understanding the Value Selling methodology
\n\u2022 Build strong customer specific value propositions linking Maersk Line differentiators to customer\u2019s pains\/needs
\n\u2022 Actively use Maersk Line CRM tool
\nSales Meetings\/Activity Management
\n\u2022 Prepare for Sales meetings with clear agenda and desired outcomes in the CRM tool
\n\u2022 Follow the Value Selling principles
\n\u2022 Always send out confirmation letter to customer after the sales meetings<\/p>\n
