\n\u2022 Provide legal advise on various aspects of law affecting the Bank
\n\u2022 Represent and\/or ensure legal representation of the bank when summoned
\n\u2022 Review title documents and search reports and advise thereon
\n\u2022 Manage the resolution of disputes as well as relationships with external solicitors
\n\u2022 Assist with company secretarial duties as and when required<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Been called to the Ghana Bar
\n\u2022 A Bachelor\u2019s degree in law (LLB) with a minimum of a second class lower
\n\u2022 A minimum of 8-10 years working experience as a lawyer<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Command presence, demonstrate sound decision-making and judgement (capabilities, intergrity, professionalism, resilience and be self driven.<\/p>\n
