\n\u2022 Generally, to assist the Principal Legal Officer in the discharge of his\/her functions.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Provide data and information for the preparation and review of legal documents relating to good governance and the Auditor-General\u2019s mandate
\n\u2022 Conduct research into cases referred to the Legal Department
\n\u2022 Provide input for the development and implementation of the Annual Legal Plan
\n\u2022 Provide input for the preparation of Annual Activity and other periodic Progress Reports of the Unit(s) for onward submission to the Director\/Legal
\n\u2022 Assist the Principal Auditor- Legal in the implementation of policies, standards and guidelines on human resource management within the Legal Department.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of three (3) years standing at the Bar
\n\u2022 National Service Certificate<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Wide knowledge in Public Sector Legal issues
\n\u2022 Excellent knowledge of Public Financial Management Systems
\n\u2022 Knowledge in Industrial and Labour relations
\n\u2022 Knowledge of relevant computer applications
\n\u2022 Good ethical background<\/p>\n
