\n\u2022 The selected applicant will report directly the CEO<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Develop, articulate and entrench HR policies and procedures in line with best practice, company policies, legislation and group practices
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including the Labour Law, health and safety regulations
\n\u2022 Execute corporate resource management administration functions efficiently & effectively to support project needs and prudently manage resource and proactively address challenges
\n\u2022 Develop and execute strategy to organise and administer corporate resources and manage the public relations of the company
\n\u2022 Manage the day-to-day activities of the office<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must be a certified HR Practitioner (IHRMP, SHRM, CIPD etc)
\n\u2022 Must have a minimum of 5 years senior managerial experience and previous experience in project management will be an advantage<\/p>\n
