{"id":44562,"date":"2020-02-03T17:16:30","date_gmt":"2020-02-03T17:16:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=44562"},"modified":"2020-02-03T17:17:21","modified_gmt":"2020-02-03T17:17:21","slug":"zormelo-associates-vacancies-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/zormelo-associates-vacancies-2020.html","title":{"rendered":"Zormelo &#038; Associates Vacancies 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Technology Support Analyst\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Comply with operational risk and rigour standards in respect of protecting people, customers, assets and the organization.<br \/>\nEnsure strict compliance with all technology processes ( incident, problem, change and configuration management)<br \/>\nAdhere to the operational risk management guidelines for the team\u2019s activities, working with the Operational Support staff to identify and resolve weaknesses and issues<br \/>\nConduct IT Security Controls Snap checks (CSA) and monitor IT Security activities e.g. application &amp; system controls, physical and logical access security controls, review of disaster recovery and back-up procedures, media storage<br \/>\nEnsure Technology vendors are paid promptly by liaising with finance in preparing Memos for vendor payments.<br \/>\nProcess PO\u2019s on SAP for all Technology purchases in align with budget requirements<br \/>\nMaintain higher availability of user desktop and peripheral services<br \/>\nConfiguration of routing and switching equipment;<br \/>\nInstall and maintain banking software\u2019s on user workstations<br \/>\nConfiguration of hosted IP voice services<br \/>\nMonitor the operability of all locally hosted services to ensure maximum uptime<br \/>\nBuild, configure and manage branch servers in line with standard build and support policies<br \/>\nMaintain current and accurate inventory of technology assets<br \/>\nTake actions to achieve reductions in frequency and duration of incidents that impact application availability<br \/>\nEnsure shortfalls in IT availability are recognized and appropriate corrective actions are identified and progressed<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Undergraduate or higher, IT, Information Technology, ITIL Certification, CISA, CRISK,CISM Certification, cloud computing, Infrastructure-As-A-Service, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification, VMware Technology, VMware servers<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description Job Title:\u00a0Technology Support Analyst\u00a0 Comply with operational risk and rigour standards in respect of protecting people, customers, assets and the organization.
