This is particularly so in relation to providing advice relevant to our existing programmes &#8211; education, governance and human rights.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nThe Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advise and support the development of advocacy strategies for both IBIS and its partners in order to affect policy change in education, gender, governance and human rights\/peace<\/li>\n<li>Support the capacity building of staff and partners in advocacy and mentor Ibis Ghana staff \/ partners in policy engagements<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate workshops as required to strengthening civil society&#8217;s capacity to influence policy<\/li>\n<li>Advise IBIS in research and documentation processes aimed at influencing policy<\/li>\n<li>Support regular contact between IBIS and relevant state institutions, research institutions, think tanks in education, governance and human rights<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate IBIS&#8217;s partnership with national level civil society organisations and coalitions<\/li>\n<li>Lead IBIS&#8217;s work on Aid Effectiveness<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to fund raising by supporting the development and writing of project proposals<\/li>\n<li>Represent IBIS on policy platforms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>You will be joining a dynamic team of committed professionals working in a supportive team environment where gender and diversity are valued.
