Administrative Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Report To:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Assistant General Manager &amp; Business Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Liaising\u00a0 With:\u00a0 \u00a0A<\/strong>LL Heads of Departments<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure that all HR strategies, systems and processes within all departments \u00a0are effectively and efficiently managed to support the achievement of business goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Generally, to carry out directives and decisions of the Assistant General Manager \/Management of the Organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MAIN DUTIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides guidance to the business and manage all HR interventions and programs (ie recruitment, HR planning, Employee Relations and Performance Management and other change management interventions) across all departments.<\/li>\n<li>Communicates and interpret all policy changes to all\u00a0Heads of Departments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Human Resources Management\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate and provide input to the review of HR policies<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Communicate policy changes as they occur<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Assist in the development of HR plans and budgets and oversee its administration<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Manage all change programs and other HR related projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Recruitment\/Selection\/ Resourcing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage all HR planning tasks within the various operating departments<\/li>\n<li>Administer internal manpower movements and separations.\u00a0 Maintains all company\u2019s staff list and organization charts on current basis, ensuring that all updates reflect changes effected in the organizations<\/li>\n<li>Assess the need for recruitment of staff and resource allocations in respective operating departments &amp; companies<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Oversee and manage succession and retention plan for the respective operating departments<\/li>\n<li>Administer the selection process efficiently and in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Performance Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guide Company Managers to deliver a robust performance management process.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the process is delivered against the annual performance cycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits and Compensation\/HR Services<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Interpret and assist in the maintenance of the company\u2019s Benefits and Compensation policies and guidelines across all organizations<\/li>\n<li>Direct and ensure that employee services are administered promptly and to the highest level of customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that record keeping processes and systems (i.e employee data etc.) are in compliance with Regulatory and other legal requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Employee Engagement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct and manage all Employee Relations functions (i.e employee consultation and employee communication to foster a harmonious relationship between management and staff of the Hotel.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure regular surveys are administered to employees to measure employee engagement and appropriate action plans are in place to manage issues that are raised in the surveys.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting\/ Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Provides monthly reports on key HR programs and functions<\/li>\n<li>Reports on HR standards and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Acts as HR quality controller and maintain HR standards and best practice within the Hotel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Relationship Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures effective and timely resolution and management of employee related issues and concerns.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with staff to give advice\u00a0and guidance on HR related queries\/issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Talent Management and Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicates the agreed talent framework to the relevant businesses.<\/li>\n<li>Leads the identification of talented individuals and inputs into the succession planning process.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures identified talent have clear development plans in place and retention plans are in place where appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>OTHER DUTIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working closely with various organizations, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization;<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety;<\/li>\n<li>Recruiting staff \u2013 this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;<\/li>\n<li>Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;<\/li>\n<li>Preparing staff handbooks;<\/li>\n<li>Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;<\/li>\n<li>Undertaking regular salary reviews;<\/li>\n<li>Administering payroll and maintaining employee records;<\/li>\n<li>Interpreting and advising on employment law;<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Planning, and sometimes delivering, training \u2013 including inductions for new staff;<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers\/company<\/li>\n<li>Any other task as may be directed by Assistant General Manager &amp;
