{"id":44796,"date":"2020-02-11T08:25:15","date_gmt":"2020-02-11T08:25:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=44796"},"modified":"2020-02-11T08:25:15","modified_gmt":"2020-02-11T08:25:15","slug":"zormelo-associates-jobs-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/zormelo-associates-jobs-2020.html","title":{"rendered":"Zormelo &#038; Associates Jobs 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Compliance Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key results areas\/ responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Advise operational staff on regulatory compliance, financial security, ethics, reputation risk and advise within the framework of New Products Committees<br \/>\n\u2022 Raise awareness and train staff on the importance of adopting the standards in force and respecting the Compliance Policy<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify, report to the Hierarchy and the Regulator the identified compliance dysfunctions and follow up on ad hoc corrective measures<br \/>\n\u2022 Check the relevance and ensure diligent implementation of the Compliance Policy and Charter<br \/>\n\u2022 Use the dedicated Managerial Monitoring controls, a set of synthetic indicators of which must be communicated to the Management of the entity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A minimum of a Bachelor\u2019s degree with a professional qualification in Law, Finance, Economics, Control of banking risks, financial security and compliance, taxation, audit or any other equivalent diploma. Must have knowledge of banking trades, products and services.
