Through strategic thinking, business development and management of our resources you will enable a profitable business for Ericsson.<\/p>\n<p>This role depends upon a deep understanding of our customers\u2019 business, operations and objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for consolidated customer contribution and cash-flow, including working capital. We are searching for a KAM that will act with confident authority and that takes accountability to develop the business relationships while actively contributing to making customers successful<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Key Account Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate profitability sales and develop long term business<\/li>\n<li>Improve customer relationship and build dedication<\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality and profitability in delivery<\/li>\n<li>Lead and develop stellar sales teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: Master of Business Administration, Master of Science or similar<\/li>\n<li>Min years of experience: 7-10 years of experience in relationship sales and within the ICT industry. \u00a0 Minimum 5 years in a leadership position<\/li>\n<li>Experience across the full Ericsson portfolio (Networks, Digital Services &amp; Managed Services)<\/li>\n<li>You will be a person that excels at problem-solving and critical thinking<\/li>\n<li>We are a global team and Cultural awareness is key<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and change management skills<\/li>\n<li>Your ability to enable teamwork and collaboration will be needed<\/li>\n<li>Financial acumen as week as Innovative and creative thinking<\/li>\n<li>Excellent presentation and communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent social and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Responsive and result oriented<\/li>\n<li>You will be perseverant, as well as open-minded, with a passion to win<\/li>\n<li>Must have proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in French &amp; English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are now looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) who wants to be part of our journey.
