As a Risk Senior, you\u2019ll make a significant technical contribution to Risk client engagements and internal projects. Within your role, you\u2019ll actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. \nHelp prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
\nDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
\nBuild strong internal relationships within Ernst & Young Advisory Services and with other services across the organization
\nPeople responsibilities
\nConduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
\nContribute to people initiatives, including developing junior members of the risk sub-service line
\nContribute to an educational program to continually develop interpersonal and technical skills of staff
\nUnderstand and follow workplace policies and procedures<\/p>\n
\nIndustry related certification (e.g., ACCA,CA, CISA)
\nApproximately two to four years\u2019 of related work experience
\nRelated audit (internal or external) or applicable business experience
\nProficiency with MS Office (especially Visio, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
\nBachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Finance, Business or other related field
\nInternational business experience preferred
