\n\u2022 Ensure the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of policies, programmes and guidelines for the unit
\n\u2022 Implement the business procedures, processes and systems for efficient and effective administration and management of resources of the unit
\n\u2022 Coordinate and manage the authority\u2019s risk identification and treatment system
\n\u2022 Ensure the development and continuous improvement of risk management component of the authority\u2019s strategic corporate plan
\n\u2022 Ensure the development and continous improvement of risk management policies and procedures to ensure risk mitigation
\n\u2022 Oversee the development and implementation of operating procedures for risk management review
\n\u2022 Oversee the development of strategies to raise risk management trending and profiling awareness
\n\u2022 Collaborate with the authority\u2019s business units and external stakeholders to establish the risk management culture within the authority
\n\u2022 Supervise and appraise the performance of immediate subordinate staff
\n\u2022 Ensure the preparation of annual and other periodic reports
\n\u2022 Ensure the preparation of budget and work plan for the unit<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Membership of a relevant professional body will be an added advantage
\n\u2022 A minimum of 3 years work experience at Senior management level in a reputable organisation.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Good knowledge of understanding of the Public Administration system of Ghana
\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of strategic and project management
\n\u2022 Strong leadership, networking and monitoring skills
\n\u2022 Good knowledge in financial mangement laws of Ghana
\n\u2022 Strong analytical skills
\n\u2022 Good negotiation and advocacy skills
\n\u2022 High integrity
\n\u2022 Strong communication skills
\n\u2022 Good problem solving skills<\/p>\n
