Irrespective of gender, role or background, we pride our relationships on the highest levels of integrity and trust.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Public Relations and Fundraising\u00a0Manager.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are seeking a passionate new member to join our growing and the close-knit group as a\u00a0<strong>Public Relations and Fundraising\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Manager<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In this dual role, you will be reporting to the\u00a0<strong>Executive Director<\/strong>\u00a0and your responsibilities are two-fold:<\/p>\n<p><strong>As Fundraising Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will work according to our Fundraising strategy: organize events, write proposals and reports, manage donors. You will create marketing collaterals such as flyers, layout, promotional videos, \u00a0gifts as well as designing handicrafts. You will be in charge of professional relationships with our stakeholders and manage the database of donors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As Public Relations<\/strong><strong>\u00a0Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will be responsible for building and maintaining a bright, unique image of our organization. Your role involves developing and implementing PR strategies as well as managing inquiries from media, individuals and other organizations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>In order to thrive in this role, you should bring<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education \/Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least a bachelor\u2019s degree in Journalism, PR, Marketing or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience especially within an organization with a multicultural setting.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in working within an international team will be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think both creatively and strategically.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to run PR campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of social media trends.<\/li>\n<li>Quick and enthusiastic learner. Excellent organizational skills, friendly and approachable manner<\/li>\n<li>High accuracy and quality focused mindset<\/li>\n<li>The ability to engage and liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders, both internally and externally and build trusted relationships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient knowledge of general IT systems and applications including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), database and webpage systems<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge in branding and marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of budgets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We strive for continuous improvements.
