IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems<\/p>\n<p><strong>IT Support\u00a0 \u2013\u00a0Detailed Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In charge of our \u201cData Case Management Software\u201d based on a SQL database processing system<\/li>\n<li>Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks, which is based on Windows, Linux, Android or I Phones Technology.<\/li>\n<li>Provision of technical support across the company.<\/li>\n<li>Setting up accounts for new users<\/li>\n<li>Testing new technology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as an IT Technician and Software specialist<\/li>\n<li>In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks, preferred with WINDOWS (or LINUX) and SQL knowhow<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in html\/CSS<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge about Excel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Abilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>technical, logical thought processes<\/li>\n<li>Working according to strict deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Multi-tasking and to work autonomously<\/li>\n<li>Prioritizing demanding workload<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical, logical, critical thinking skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>High accuracy and quality focused mindset<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding planning, organizational and time-management skills<\/li>\n<li>Responding in a timely manner to service issues and request<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least a Degree in Information Tech, Computer Science.<\/li>\n<li>Must have thorough knowledge in software applications<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years working experience, of which 2-3 years in the area of software applications in an organization with highly sophisticated processes and quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>An experience in the logistical field will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Professional Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional).<\/li>\n<li>The individual should be not less than 30 years old.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We strive for continuous improvements.
