The Group includes, among other interests, ABN 360, CNBC Africa, Forbes Africa, and Tech One Global<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0STUDENT RECRUITMENT OFFICERS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individuals with passion to fill the listed position:\u00a0<strong>STUDENT RECRUITMENT OFFICERS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><br \/>\nResponsible for the recruitment of students into the university\u2019s programs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You will be responsible for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of each students\u2019 needs and interest<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain a good relationship with prospective students;<\/li>\n<li>Get to know prospective students through inquiries and active listening;<\/li>\n<li>Develop an understanding of each student\u2019s needs and interest;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Calls and Lead\u00a0 Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as first port-of-call for admissions inquiries;<\/li>\n<li>Call and follow up on all leads generated and assigned;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that lead statuses, notes, and personal details are kept fully up to date at all times and after each and every communication with prospective students;<\/li>\n<li>Providing guidance on the Admission Process, making the experience positive and memorable<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance on the admission process, making the experience positive and engaging throughout;<\/li>\n<li>Advise\u00a0 applicants on program choices, offering relevant information to enable the applicant to make an informed choice;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Recruitment Events &amp; Activities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support Event Coordinator, Business Development Associate, and Manager in the planning and organization of Education Fairs,\u00a0 Open Days and recruitment fairs leading to successful students recruitment;<\/li>\n<li>Organize campus events and tours for groups of students that can lead to interest in university programs and enrolment;<\/li>\n<li>Actively lead school visits activities, presentations, engagement on or off-campus that lead to successful student recruitment and conversion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Applications Management\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow up-to explain details on offers and convert offer holders immediately offers are issued;<\/li>\n<li>Advice and guide prospective students through the admissions process and positively influence their views to translate into enrolment;<\/li>\n<li>Analyze the applicant pool to help manage the application pipeline and ensure quality targets are met;<\/li>\n<li>Use TAG CRM systems to engage with inquiries and applicants to optimize and manage their experience through the application process and ensure a successful conversion rate;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Conversion<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive conversion at each stage of the pipeline by maintaining a focus on closing towards the next step;<\/li>\n<li>Organize campus tours and run information sessions for prospective students interested in finding out more about programs of the university;<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the application process in a straightforward and efficient way to convert applications to enrolment;<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with leads at all stages of the pipeline that have become unresponsive to reignite their interest;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>You should have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent\u00a0 knowledge of the university\u2019s program portfolio and entry\/admission requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Significant working knowledge and\u00a0 experience in sales, marketing, and customer care;<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of students recruitment processes and procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and understanding of cultural differences and how to manage these in the context of student recruitment and marketing;<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of two (2) years\u2019 working experience in similar\/related roles;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The following qualifications and competencies are essential<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s\u00a0 degree in\u00a0 Sales, Marketing, Social Sciences, Business Administration\u00a0 or equivalent is essential;<\/li>\n<li>Professional Certification in Sales and\/or Marketing, Customer Service is desirable;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to plan and organize own work, and work to deadlines;<\/li>\n<li>Prospecting skills;<\/li>\n<li>Active listening skills;<\/li>\n<li>Written and oral communication skills;<\/li>\n<li>Presentation and report writing skills;<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation and closing techniques;<\/li>\n<li>Relationship management skills;<\/li>\n<li>Confident, passionate and resilient;<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of MS Office applications and use of the Internet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants are to submit curriculum vitae and cover letter to\u00a0<strong>hr.ghana@transnatedu.com<\/strong>, with subject line: \u2018<strong>Student Recruitment Officer<\/strong>\u2019 demonstrating how they meet the criteria.<\/li>\n<li>Closing date: 27th February 2020.<\/li>\n<li>Only those short-listed will be contacted for an interview.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Transnational Academic Group Ghana (TAG Ghana) in partnership with Lancaster University operates Lancaster University Ghana.
