UNFPA assists countries to formulate population policies and strategies in support of sustainable development. In furtherance of UNFPA mandate in Ghana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CATEGORY: Service Contract<br \/>\nDuration: One year initially (linked to UNFPA 2010 Census Support)<br \/>\nOrganisational Unit: UNFPA Country Officer<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nUnder the supervision of the Operations Manager and direct supervision of the Administrative Associate, the incumbent will principally be attached to the office of the UNFPA Chief Technical Advisor &#8211; 2010 Census<\/p>\n<p>Drive official vehicles, dispatch and collect mails, documents and other items<br \/>\nPerform airport pick-up duties<br \/>\nBe responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicles and ensures that the vehicle is kept clean<br \/>\nLog all trips before and after each completed trip and enter all fuel allocations<br \/>\nEnsure safety and custody of vehicle including tools<br \/>\nOther related duties that would be assigned by the UNFPA country office<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum of JSS<br \/>\n5 years relevant experience<br \/>\nConversant with road network of Ghana<br \/>\nKnowledge of UN transport management systems and guidelines<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicant are encouraged to visit the UN website to download and complete P11 forms.
