{"id":45343,"date":"2020-02-25T17:50:07","date_gmt":"2020-02-25T17:50:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=45343"},"modified":"2020-02-25T17:50:52","modified_gmt":"2020-02-25T17:50:52","slug":"national-pensions-regulatory-authority-vacancies-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/national-pensions-regulatory-authority-vacancies-2020.html","title":{"rendered":"National Pensions Regulatory Authority Vacancies 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0<strong>National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA)<\/strong>\u00a0is seeking to recruit competent and well-qualified persons to fill the following position of<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: ADMINISTRATIVE \/ FINANCE OFFICERS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>TAMALE ZONAL OFFICE\u00a0<\/strong><strong>(1)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>SUNYANI ZONAL OFFICE\u00a0<\/strong><strong>(1)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To provide operational support in the management of material and financial resources for the achievement of the objectives of the Authority.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collects data for the formulation of policies of the authority<\/li>\n<li>Collects inputs for the preparation of annual and other periodic reports of the Zonal Office.<\/li>\n<li>Collects data for the preparation of guidelines, procedures and processes for the management of material resources of the Authority.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitates the planning and provision of efficient and transport services in the Zonal Offices.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains proper accounting records in line with Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS),<\/li>\n<li>Undertakes data entry of transactions into the appropriate ledgers<\/li>\n<li>Verifies and authenticates payment and receipts.<\/li>\n<li>Collects data for the preparation of monthly financial returns and draft technical reports on performance of the Zonal office<\/li>\n<li>Performs any other assignment relevant to the role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management or any related field from an accredited tertiary institution.<\/li>\n<li>Must have completed National Service.<\/li>\n<li>Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the NPRA, in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good Communication, Interpersonal and Presentation Skills.
