{"id":45410,"date":"2020-02-26T12:12:11","date_gmt":"2020-02-26T12:12:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=45410"},"modified":"2020-02-26T12:13:03","modified_gmt":"2020-02-26T12:13:03","slug":"western-premium-jobs-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/western-premium-jobs-2020.html","title":{"rendered":"Western Premium Jobs 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Western Premium boasts of offering quality and affordable products in the range of general office consumables and equipment, office stationery, cleaning chemicals, industrial equipment and PPEs to large and medium companies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Development and Tendering Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0 Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reviews each call for tender in detail with the responsible salesperson to determine a response strategy, which includes scope of delivery, pricing, and delivery timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Develop business\/sales strategy and account plan for priority accounts that ensure the achievement of sales and profit targets within set budgets<\/li>\n<li>Build long-term strategic relationships and partnerships with customers to grow business and gain market share<\/li>\n<li>Lead the tender process \u2013 setting up and follow-up on the tender project plan, drive tender opportunities, get commitment and maximize the tender outcome<\/li>\n<li>Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the tender process team to obtain maximum efficiency, quality, service, and profitability for the organization<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with international clients on the tender process<\/li>\n<li>Communicate internally, prepare for and conduct internal meetings for each bid.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares tenders and standardized tender templates and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Prepares initial tender documentation and coordinate obtaining the required approvals.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains a list of qualified vendors, especially as related to planned tenders<\/li>\n<li>Compilation of various input to create a more complete tender proposal<\/li>\n<li>Assists with the development of procurement software applications for the Project Implementation Team.<\/li>\n<li>Interface directly with customers on technical and general quotation queries as required<\/li>\n<li>Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, acting as inside sales by exploring opportunities for new business<\/li>\n<li>Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with tenders and contract administration<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement bidding strategies to win both local and international contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a commercial &amp; technical strategy for all major tenders and project acquisition targets.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the development of sustainable relationships with new and existing clients, throughout the lifecycle (from the initial stage of tendering, contract development, and project execution and through closeout).<\/li>\n<li>Identify and select Tenders (from pre-qualification up to ETF) and implement bidding strategies (including partnership agreements) to get the award.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Who we are looking for:<\/p>\n<p>An energetic and socially skilled individual, who is able to multitask, and set priorities.
