To grow Oracle&#8217;s share of business in this sector\/territory<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Reports to TGB Territory Sales Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Has no direct reports, but leads the activities of virtual teams in support of partners and customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborates with Oracle Direct to achieve given sales targets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Works in a designated industry or a defined set of territories or partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Works to identify all organisations (including existing Oracle customers) that fall into their designated industry or territory space focusing on a smaller targeted number that has a specific value proposition and sales engagement activity with partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Works with appropriate Oracle Partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Works with other Lines of Business (LOBs) as One Red Team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Works towards an allocated Licence Sales Revenue target<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for Ghana and Cameroon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Winning new licence sales revenue in line with targets focusing on indirect sales<\/li>\n<li>Developing a strategy and sales plan to address the designated industry sector or territory<\/li>\n<li>Developing profiles of targeted accounts within the industry sector<\/li>\n<li>Defining appropriate Enterprise Sales Industry Value Propositions<\/li>\n<li>Driving the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Generating and following up on leads<\/li>\n<li>Qualifying leads and prioritising opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Marshalling internal and Partner resources to conduct campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and working with the appropriate people in Oracle and the Customer<\/li>\n<li>Developing, extending and maintaining relationships with the appropriate staff<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating and nurturing Senior Management relationships to generate active sponsorship of Oracle<\/li>\n<li>Working with, and influencing the activities of Oracle Partners as appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining an understanding of Oracle&#8217;s strategic direction and interpreting its relevance to the industry sector<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining an awareness of Oracle&#8217;s current and future products and services<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining an understanding of competitive activity relevant to industry sector<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ACCOUNTABILITIES:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research and communicate current industry trends, drivers and potential<\/li>\n<li>Translate Oracle&#8217;s Strategy and Marketing Messages to the market<\/li>\n<li>Create Value Propositions and communicate the benefits of these to the market<\/li>\n<li>Design sales and marketing campaigns and put teams and task forces together to deliver them<\/li>\n<li>Work with appriate people to co-ordinate marketing activities in order to generate leads<\/li>\n<li>Generate and manage bids teams<\/li>\n<li>Produce an accurate weekly forecast<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain effective relationships with other Oracle LOBs to ensure resources are made available as and when required<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining an awareness of Partner Competence and capability<\/li>\n<li>Operate in line with Oracle&#8217;s business processes and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Deliver and co-ordinate customer presentations and demonstrations<\/li>\n<li>Attend Industry forums<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years experience in the IT industry or vertical market<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years sales experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Channels\/ Partner cooperation<\/li>\n<li>Track of record working with commercial and public companies<\/li>\n<li>Able to learn and understand product solutions and features<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand customer&#8217;s industry and core business processes<\/li>\n<li>Strong needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills<\/li>\n<li>Effective sales and project management skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team environment<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work towards achieving goals in a changing and challenging environment<\/li>\n<li>Master Degree<\/li>\n<li>Good English skills (written and spoken)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><em>As part of Oracle\u00a1\u00a6s employment process candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment screening process, prior to an offer being made.
