{"id":45664,"date":"2020-03-04T15:20:27","date_gmt":"2020-03-04T15:20:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=45664"},"modified":"2020-03-04T15:21:01","modified_gmt":"2020-03-04T15:21:01","slug":"zormelo-associates-jobs-2020-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/zormelo-associates-jobs-2020-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Zormelo &#038; Associates Jobs 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Consular Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience &amp; Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate degree, commercial diploma or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Good computer knowledge (particularly Word and Excel), including typing speed<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of oral and written English and proficiency in\u00a0<strong>French<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively and concisely<\/li>\n<li>If not a Ghanaian national: eligible to work in Ghana.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of legal framework and social and cultural situation in Ghana, Nigeria and other West African states will be seen as an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide consular advice and security information to Norwegian Nationals.<\/li>\n<li>Issuing of Passports and Emergency Travel Documents.<\/li>\n<li>Perform notarial and authenticating Documents according to specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in processing Births and registration of Norwegians in the National Register<\/li>\n<li>Assisting Norwegians abroad in emergency situations: Accidents and illness, arrest and detention,<\/li>\n<li>Procurement in cooperation with the Head of Administration<\/li>\n<li>Keeping consular records by creating, organising, filing and maintaining digital files and documents.<\/li>\n<li>Work with Honorary Consulates: Gambia, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia and Senegal.
