Public Health Promoter<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>POSITION TYPE<\/strong>:\u00a0 Fixed Term (4-month contract)<\/p>\n<p><strong>TEAM PURPOSE<\/strong>:<br \/>\nImplementation of water, sanitation, and public health promotion activities to assist the Ivory Coast refugees at transit sites\/camps and in host communities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE:<br \/>\n<\/strong>To manage, coordinate, lead and implement Oxfam\u2019s public health promotion programme in refugee camps and host communities.\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant academic qualifications in any discipline relating to public and\/or environmental health, social work and community mobilization\/development.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of and significant experience (at least 3 years) in health promotion, social work and\/or community mobilization, particularly relating to poor rural and\/or urban communities.<\/li>\n<li>Written and spoken English required.\u00a0 Knowledge of French is desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>2<strong>. Public Health Promoter Assistant<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>POSITION TYPE:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Fixed Term (4-month contract)<\/p>\n<p><strong>TEAM PURPOSE:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Implementation of water, sanitation, and public health promotion activities to assist the Ivory Coast refugees at transit sites\/camps and in host communities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE:<\/strong><br \/>\nTo implement Oxfam\u2019s public health promotion programme in refugee camps and host communities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of public health and one or more other relevant areas (e.g. health promotion, community development, education, community water-sanitation supply).<\/li>\n<li>The post holder should have at least 2 years practical experience in community health or water-sanitation programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Written and spoken English required.\u00a0 Knowledge of French is desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>3.\u00a0Finance, Administration &amp; Human Resource Officer<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>POSITION TYPE:<\/strong>\u00a0 Fixed Term (4-month contract)<\/p>\n<p><strong>TEAM PURPOSE<\/strong>:<br \/>\nImplementation of water, sanitation, and public health promotion activities to assist the Ivory Coast refugees at transit sites\/camps and in host communities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Support the Oxfam field office in providing financial, administrative and human resource support.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree in Accounting and\/or part qualification, with at least 2 years practical experience in accounting, administration and human resource management<\/li>\n<li>Computer skills in Excel and word are required.<\/li>\n<li>Written and spoken English required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>4.Public Health Engineer<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>POSITION TYPE:<\/strong>\u00a0 Fixed Term (4-month contract)<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nTEAM PURPOSE<\/strong>:<br \/>\nImplementation of water, sanitation, and public health promotion activities to assist the Ivory Coast refugees at transit sites\/camps and in host communities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE:<br \/>\n<\/strong>To manage, coordinate, lead and implement Oxfam\u2019s\u00a0 engineering programme in refugee camps and host communities.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A suitable qualification in any discipline relating to Public Health Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Health and or Construction Engineering<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years of experience in water or sanitation construction , (construction of emergency latrines, bathing spaces, well construction\/repair, hand-pump installation, and construction of drainage channels) particularly in the refugee camp context.<\/li>\n<li>Written and spoken English required.\u00a0 Knowledge of French is desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>5.\u00a0Humanitarian Programme Manager<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>POSITION TYPE<\/strong>:\u00a0 Fixed Term (4-month contract)<\/p>\n<p><strong>TEAM PURPOSE<\/strong>:<br \/>\nImplementation of water, sanitation, and public health promotion activities to assist the Ivory Coast refugees at transit sites\/camps and in host communities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE:<br \/>\n<\/strong>To manage and coordinate the implementation of programme activities and support systems (Logistics, Administration, Finance, Human Resources)\u00a0 for the emergency response.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 4 years\u2019 experience in NGOs (humanitarian experience preferred) as manager of a field\u00a0 office.<\/li>\n<li>General knowledge in how to manage Logistics, Administration, Finance, and\/or Human Resources.<\/li>\n<li>Written and spoken English required.\u00a0 Knowledge of French is desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>6.\u00a0Logistic Assistant<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>POSITION
