\n\u2022 Grow the corporate and investment banking customer base by signing on new customers and wallet sizing existing customers to attain high returns
\n\u2022 Liaise and provide leadership to RMs and unit heads in areas of expertise, particularly regarding provision of facilities to customers and customer recruitment\u2019s
\n\u2022 Conduct formal appraisal of subordinates performance<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum of 5 years experience in a business management role
\n\u2022 Good experience in lending at a corporate level and exposure to credit and sophisticated corporate products
\n\u2022 Experience, awareness and appreciation of all aspects of balance sheet management in banking
\n\u2022 Proven leadership and people management skills<\/p>\n
