Esoko Ghana recruits <strong>Senior Partner Advisor (ref SPA)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A senior role to negotiate contracts, establish business plans, provide trainings and develop strategies for key Esoko partners across multiple African Countries. Role requires excellent communication &amp;\u00a0business skills (fluent french or arabic a plus)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage relationships and consulting engagements with partners and clients utilizing Esoko technology and business model<\/li>\n<li>Lead strategic communications confidently with senior policy makers, Development partners, CEOs, and farmers &amp; traders<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts and invoices for new partners, projects and customers<\/li>\n<li>Develop partners toolkit: training programs, methodologies, rollout plans, budgets, scope of work, marketing materials<\/li>\n<li>Conduct strategic consulting for partners &amp; clients, including business plan development, investment assistance, strategic project planning, and\/or franchise setup<\/li>\n<li>Present Esoko, its services and value propositions at conferences and events both locally and internationally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A\u00a0Bachelors degree (in intl affairs, communication, business, social sciences or other relevant field)<\/li>\n<li>Be a great communicator with natural talent at both senior policy making level, as well as people in the field<\/li>\n<li>Be interested and motivated by innovative private business models that leverage ICTs to drive economic development<\/li>\n<li>Have 5 years of significant management experience in any of the following sectors: ICT\/Telecoms; Development; Agriculture<\/li>\n<li>Have a track record that demonstrates strong leadership, business development and people management skills<\/li>\n<li>Have implemented rural development projects\/programs<\/li>\n<li>Possess entrepreneurial instincts and understand business<\/li>\n<li>Be willing to work in an exciting startup and travel extensively<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested?
