\nConduct mine operations safety inductions
\nConduct immersive \/ LV simulator training programs
\nConduct drilling training, Assessment and refresher training for Ahafo mining operations
\nConduct mobile equipment operations training programs
\nConduct driver \/ vehicle licensing and permitting programs
\nEnsure training and competency compliance with the relevant policies
\nAssess and evaluate in support of operator recruitment
\nTeam up-skilling to ensure current competency is maintained
\nAssist drill and blast in achieving their training targets
\nAssist with the development, maintenance and reporting of training schedules
\nIdentifying areas of improvements within the training management system<\/p>\n
\nYOUR TRAINING, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE CHECKLIST:<\/p>\n
\nWorkplace Trainer \/ Assessor Certification.
\nMincom operator certification
\nBlasting certificate of competency
\nKnowledge of Ghana Occupational Health and Safety laws.
\nBetween 5 to 7 years\u2019 experience operating heavy mobile equipment in open pit mining operations (Knowledge in underground mobile equipment operation would be added advantage)
\nStrong training facilitation and presentation skills.
\nStrong computer skills using Microsoft Office suite software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
\nExperience with competency-based training, on and off job.
\nAdvanced communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
\nLeadership skills.
\nCoaching skills.
\nAssertiveness.
\nWORKING CONDITIONS:<\/p>\n
\nIncumbent may have to travel to domestic sites in the performance of duties.<\/p>\n
