\n\u2022 Organizing events and conferences
\n\u2022 Reminding the Managing Director of important tasks and deadlines
\n\u2022 typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
\n\u2022 managing databases and filing systems
\n\u2022 implementing and maintaining procedures\/administrative systems
\n\u2022 liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
\n\u2022 collating and filing expenses<\/p>\n
\nQualifications
\n\u2022 Tertiary qualification in Development studies \/ Communication \/ HR
\nExperience
\n\u2022 Minimum of 2 years working experience in a related field<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be the party of confidential information
\n\u2022 Flexibility and adaptability
\n\u2022 Good oral and written communication skills
\n\u2022 Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
