\n\u2022 Supervises the preparation of legal documents such as communiques, agreements and cabinet memoranda for the Head of Legal Services;
\n\u2022 Represents the Commission in court, the National Labour Commission and in all judicial bodies as may be required;
\n\u2022 Coordinates the collection and collation of data for all legal proceedings involving the Commission;
\n\u2022 Supervises the processes for the resolution of cases that may not require court action;
\n\u2022 Advises the Commission on judgments and orders of the Court or rulings of the National Labour Commission (NLC);
\n\u2022 Prepares draft legal letters to parties in matters in which the Commission is involved;
\n\u2022 Supervises the compilation of data for the preparation of annual work plan and budget for the Legal Unit of the Commission;
\n\u2022 Supervises the compilation of data for the preparation of annual and other relevant reports on the operations of the Unit;
\n\u2022 Supervises and appraises subordinates.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Good appreciation of the Civil Procedure;
\n\u2022 Average skills in the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism;
\n\u2022 Excellent skills in Legislative Drafting;
\n\u2022 Good knowledge of the public service
\n\u2022 Excellent Technical Report Writing Skills;
\n\u2022 Good Grievances Handling and Negotiations skills;
\n\u2022 Average Change Management skills;
\n\u2022 Good communication and presentation skills;
\n\u2022 Good knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Honesty
