\n\u2022 Provides inputs for the development of data collection instruments;
\nCollects required data on salaries, allowances and other conditions of service using appropriate instruments;
\n\u2022 Provides input for the creation of a database for data storage and management;
\n\u2022 Prepares draft research reports for the attention of supervisor;
\n\u2022 Provides data for preparation of handbook and manuals for research and operations;
\n\u2022 Provides inputs for the preparation of annual and other periodic reports of the Directorate;
\n\u2022 Collects and collates inputs for the preparation of the annual budget and work plan of the Directorate.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Average report writing skills;
\n\u2022 Basic knowledge of the public service;
\n\u2022 Communication and writing skills;
\n\u2022 Good analytical and quantitative skills;
\n\u2022 Computer literacy.<\/p>\n
