Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Hospital Administrator\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Our Hospital Administrator role exists to organise and deploy resources that support the delivery of best in class care to clients.<\/p>\n Key accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n Customer Service<\/p>\n \u2022 Contributes to driving a customer first orientation throughout our facilities.<\/p>\n Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Responsible for the efficient day-to-day running of the hospital and its facilities.<\/p>\n Finance & Internal Control<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Responsible for the prudent financial management in support of revenue generation.<\/p>\n Developing Relationships<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Develop sustainable internal & external relationships in support of our mission.<\/p>\n Enhancing the Talent Pool<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Responsible for talent development & employee engagement.<\/p>\n Policies<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Responsible for driving compliance with regulation that stimulates client\/regulator confidence in COY.<\/p>\n Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Demonstrable people management skills, high impact customer service orientation, financial planning and organising skills<\/p>\n Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 A bachelors \/ master\u2019s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field. \n\u2022 Minimum of 5 years of management experience at a healthcare facility in a Hospital Administrator role (preferred).
\n\u2022 Good knowledge of medical terminology and Health regulations.<\/p>\n
