\n\u2022 Exercise general authority over staff of the college<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Discipline and supervision of staff and students
\n\u2022 Preparation of the annual estimates of income and expenditure for consideration by council
\n\u2022 Providing council with returns, reports and other relevant information as required<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Rank not below Senior Lecturer, Deputy Director (GES) or Principal Tutor at the college of Education
\n\u2022 Relevant senior management experience of at least 5 years
\n\u2022 Proven leadership skills and be a team player
\n\u2022 Ability to direct and motivate staff
\n\u2022 Must have extensive knowledge and experience of the tertiary education system in Ghana
\n\u2022 Must be able to serve a minimum of one term of four (4) years from expected date of appointment before reaching the statutory compulsory retirement age of sixty (60).<\/p>\n
