We\u2019ve been a trusted category leader since 1871 and yet we feel like we\u2019re only just getting started.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Area Sales Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Performance, Passion and Care define who we are as a company, how we work every day, and the responsibility we feel toward our Associates, our consumers, our business partners and our world.<\/p>\n<p>We have big ambitions to grow this business and we want to attract the right people \u2013 those that love what they do, thrive on responsibility and are looking for career-defining opportunities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Role!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job gh<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To deliver month-on-month secondary sales targets &amp; drive availability, visibility, accessibility in identified channels<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Secondary Sales target achievement<\/li>\n<li>Availability of skus in identified channels<\/li>\n<li>Visibility of skus within POS<\/li>\n<li>Coverage Expansion<\/li>\n<li>Supervision of secondary sales force<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 1st Degree in Social Sciences\/ Sciences\/Business Administration<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5years experience in the FMCG industry<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the Greater Accra, Eastern, Volta, Central &amp; Western regions.<\/li>\n<li>An independent, hands-on individual who works with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You\u2019ll have to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and it will take hard work and determination; we will give you the ownership you need to make an impact.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll have to deliver on the commitments you make.
