The software and support is developed in Accra at BusyLab, and we&#8217;re looking for smart and dynamic people to join our team, build our product and support our expansion<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To coordinate the different technical functional teams and drive the process of developing and maintaining software products, ensuring collaboration between teams and delivery on time<\/p>\n<p>To manage 30 people across 4 teams (quality assurance; systems; engineering; product development)<br \/>\nTo create and manage a software engineering process that reaches from ideas all the way to release<br \/>\nTo support systems administration, web application development and database administration<br \/>\nTo implement training programmes for developers<br \/>\nTo ensure that operations adhere to best industry practices and meet international ISO standards<br \/>\nTo release world class software that operates on many servers in multiple countries<br \/>\nTo contribute to the product vision and help set priorities for development<br \/>\nTo manage bugs ticketing system and tracking<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Have significant experience managing software developers and release cycles<br \/>\nPossess good communication, people management and leadership skills<br \/>\nAt least a BSc Computer Science or its equivalent<br \/>\nAt least 5 years of relevant work experience<br \/>\nPossess knowledge in jAVA, PHP, SQL, J2ME, Android<br \/>\nBe interested in mobile\/web for Development<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested?
