Top candidates will display an excellent understanding of Firewalls, VPN, Data Loss Prevention, IDS\/IPS, Web-Proxy and Security Audits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0IT Auditor\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>www.nfortics.com is a financial technology services company providing financial inclusion\u00a0interventions in Africa and helping move our world toward tomorrow\u2019s cashless environment.\u00a0We ensure that what we do has an impact on the lives of millions of people worldwide.<\/p>\n<p><b>Department \/ Location:\u00a0<\/b>IT\/Head Office, Accra<\/p>\n<p><b>Reporting Lines:\u00a0<\/b>Chief Executive Officer<\/p>\n<p><b>Duties and Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Examine internal IT controls, evaluate the design and operational effectiveness,\u00a0determine exposure to risk and develop remediation strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot security and network problems.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to all system and\/or network security breaches.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, implement, monitor and upgrade security measures for the protection of the organization\u2019s data, systems and networks.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the change management process.<\/li>\n<li>Test and identify network and system vulnerabilities, and create counteractive strategies to protect the network.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct efficient and effective IT audit procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate complex technical issues in simplified terms to the relevant staff.<\/li>\n<li>Perform regular audit testing and provide recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Review, evaluate and test application controls.<\/li>\n<li>Provide recommendations and guidance on identified security and control risks.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a strong understanding of business and system processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualification and Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in Information Technology\/Computer Information Systems or related.
