{"id":46983,"date":"2020-04-16T12:26:54","date_gmt":"2020-04-16T12:26:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=46983"},"modified":"2020-04-16T12:26:54","modified_gmt":"2020-04-16T12:26:54","slug":"dem-group-ghana-jobs-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/dem-group-ghana-jobs-2020.html","title":{"rendered":"DEM Group Ghana Jobs 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Service and Parts Manager<\/p>\n<p>Strengthen our After-Sales force organization<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Service &amp; Parts Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish a strong structure in terms of process control and technical knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Grow Parts &amp; Service departments to sustainable and profitable Business Units<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the implementation of a viable and adequate aftersales facility in Trakwa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Main areas of responsibility and tasks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate daily operations in a safe working environment<\/li>\n<li>Monitor technicians work and dispatch<\/li>\n<li>Improve communication with customers<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customers get proper feedback on ongoing jobs on daily basis<\/li>\n<li>Monitor jobs in progress by making sure quotes are matched and not exceeded<\/li>\n<li>Implement quality control &amp; safety procedures<\/li>\n<li>Monitor team\u2019s training cycles<\/li>\n<li>Ensures all department tools, equipment and vehicles are in good working order<\/li>\n<li>Maintains an accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes a perpetual and\/or annual physical inventory and proper counter procedures<\/li>\n<li>Creates annual Parts Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organization\u2019s financial and operational objectives<\/li>\n<li>Submits all parts warranty and return claims within the required time frame.<\/li>\n<li>Maximizes use of stock discount programs to achieve management sales goals.<\/li>\n<li>Push and motivate team to make sure targets are met<\/li>\n<li>Conduct employees performance appraisals<\/li>\n<li>Other duties may be assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Closing Date<\/strong>\u00a0: 31st May, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Service and Parts Manager Strengthen our After-Sales force organization Job Description Job Title:\u00a0Service &amp; Parts Manager\u00a0 Establish a strong structure in terms of process control and technical knowledge.
