This is an exciting role for a passionate Investment professional with experience in banking, financial service or microfinance industries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Investment Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The core focus of this role is around end-end investment management within the SME space. The successful candidate will have strong financial and numerical skills and have an analytical disposition. Another key aspect is building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and being able to influence on various levels within the organization and with clients. CTC: GHS 180\u00a0000 \u2013 216\u00a0000 per annum<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure quality deal flow and disbursement (i.e. Investment in quality clients)<\/li>\n<li>Achieve high realizations from investments whilst ensuring quality reports are submitted to the Finance Committee and prudently managing the portfolios<\/li>\n<li>Manage the end-end investment lifecycle \u2013 Deal processing (from application, screening, due diligence, disbursement and management)<\/li>\n<li>Deal sourcing and generation of quality investment reports (take note of financial analysis and interpreting figures thereof) and effectively managing each investment portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships internally and with investees, maintaining ethical business behaviour especially when working with small businesses, understanding the difference in investing in an SME compared to a large corporate \u2013 taking a more personal and consultative approach and not a transactional approach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors Degree in Finance\/Accounting, Maths &amp; Stats or Economics (with a Finance major)MBA, ACCA or CFA will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding and passion for working with SME businesses is a non-negotiable skill for this role<\/li>\n<li>3 \u2013 5 Years\u2019 experience senior level within an investment\/lending or credit environment<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel<\/li>\n<li>Advanced numerical and financial skills are essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Closing Date<\/strong>\u00a0: 31st May, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A leading global investment giant is in search of a seasoned Investment Manager to join its Ghana team.
