To support the IT Delivery Governance Lead to aggregate, consolidate and report Portfolio management information across all the organisational areas within Group Information Technology. Providing assistance on performance delivery metrics, analysing performance \/delivery risk and governance data and ultimately the portfolio reporting to inform strategic decision making. Creating and maintaining an aggregated view of all programmes and their priorities per portfolio including reporting on Signature Programmes and Epics. Works closely with the Investment Portfolio Management team and PPM Lead to provide support as and when required<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities\/Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Aggregate, consolidate and report Portfolio management information across all domains in Group Information Technology
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Produce a fact base by aggregating and consolidating identified portfolio management information reported by the individual domain signature reporting; nWoW (incl. Epic reporting);Integrated planning; agile Portfolio Office monthly packs; any other reporting that will be required per portfolio.
\n\uf0b7 Analyse reports and ensure that the correct information is reflected and insights defined for relevant stakeholders.
\n\uf0b7 Interpret and maintain the aggregated view of programmes that are underway including overall programme view and cross functional constraints.
\n\uf0b7 Build relationships with PPM Leads, IT Governance and Business Information (COO) teams to ensure all required reports are produced and required changes are made to relevant toolsets (e.g. Qlikview) are understood.
\n\uf0b7 Participate in discussions with PPM leads to understand each portfolio and raise relevant risks and concerns.<\/p>\n

Identify cross-functional risks, issues & opportunities and facilitate operational decision making to develop plans that can be successfully executed with the resources available.
\n\uf0b7 Ensure that Agile Portfolio Office reporting SharePoint site is updated and relevant with all reports and that relevant access is provided to stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Provide management information and insights contributing to the optimisation and efficiency of portfolio management on an aggregated Group Information Technology level
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Develop and maintain a consolidated view of resource capacity (fixed and variable) facilitating key resourcing management decisions.
\n\uf0b7 Check and track delivery of cross functional teams to make sure prioritisation are adhered to.
\n\uf0b7 Attend relevant guilds to obtain knowledge of different areas and if any processes with in the Agile PO needs to be reviewed and changed.
\n<\/strong>
\nImprove and maintain\/manage standards, controls and frameworks<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ensure a clear understanding with regards to the Agile Portfolio Office Governance framework and principles.
\n\uf0b7 Ensure the effective implementation of relevant standards and controls to ensure that reporting is done correctly.
\n\uf0b7 Undertake appropriate action to ensure implementation, maintenance and enhancement of suitable governance and assurance processes.
\n\uf0b7 Ensure that business partners and team members understand and adhere to agreed governance and assurance procedures.<\/p>\n

Contribute to Portfolio Management in Group Information Technology and the effective functioning of the Agile Portfolio Office<\/strong><\/p>\n

Create, update and publish monthly Agile Portfolio Office calendar with relevant information.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Update Kanban Boards with relevant information for all portfolios and within the Agile Portfolio Office team.
\n\uf0b7 Prepare for relevant meetings and ensure that action items are addressed and feedback is provided at relevant forums.
\n\uf0b7 Assist in the creation of Agile Portfolio Office Accelerate days and driving out these initiatives.<\/p>\n

Assist with AdHoc requirements from COO
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Provide assistance to COO with regards to adhoc requests that arise administration assistance to be provided in sessions were IT Governance and Group Governance will not provide sectorial services.
\n\uf0b7 Create, update and publish monthly COO calendar with relevant information.
\n\uf0b7 Update Kanban Boards with relevant information for all portfolios within the COO maintaining of the COO 90 day plan.
\n\uf0b7 Understand COO Manco governance i.e. weekly stand-ups, monthly Gemba walks and Quarterly deep dive sessions.
\n\uf0b7 Create, update and publish weekly and monthly specific COO reports:
\n\uf0b7 Consolidated report for the COO Manco Conversation sessions.<\/p>\n

Preferred Qualification and Experience<\/p>\n

First Degree \u2013 IT\u00a0 and Computer Sciences<\/p>\n

3 to 7 years\u2019 working\u00a0 experience
\nIT -Experience in integrated planning and good problem solving skills<\/p>\n

Stakeholder management skills, Strong relationships within IT. Ability to quickly resolve possible issues and work under pressure. Technically understanding of systems and risk<\/p>\n

Deep understanding of business strategy, priorities, and processes.<\/p>\n

Project Delivery or a related field<\/p>\n

Knowledge\/Technical Skills\/Expertise<\/p>\n
