The ideal candidate will actively participate in all aspects of the software development life-cycle, will share his proven expertise in specific areas of technology and share with the senior staff the responsibility of providing guidance, mentoring and review of our junior staff.<\/p>\n
This position requires a person who is very strong in the technical areas listed below, but also flexible, and able to think of out-the-box solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality software development and will work with a proven team of top-notch Software Developers locally and internationally as well as with our business units in SouthEast Asia, Europe and the US. This role will have a direct result on how our work is perceived in the marketplace.<\/p>\n

This position will report to the Director and Chief Software Architect.<\/p>\n

\nProven, production level expertise in at least 3 of the following technical areas
\nSpring
\nHibernate
\nSQL
\nJMS
\nJAVA-UI (Swing\/SWT)
\nJSF
\nEnterprise Portal Engines (Websphere, LifeRay, etc.)
\nknowledge of various Operating Systems (Linux\/Windows)
\nExcellent communication skills and team spirit
\nExcellent knowledge of English (verbal, writing)
\nExcellent analytical skills
\nShould have
\nAbility to handle multiple projects under aggressive timelines
\nUsed to write unit tests
\nProduce architectural guidelines and reviews
\nAbility to work in a team and an organization without ellbows.
\nPreference is given to candidates with additional C++ skills<\/p>\n
