\n\u2022 Supervise construction works.
\n\u2022 Manage every aspect of the project development process including supervising general contractors, vendors and specialty contractors
\n\u2022 Plan and schedule project timelines
\n\u2022 Ensure quality control by providing direction and support to the project team.
\n\u2022 Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
\n\u2022 Manage delivery schedules and translate store requirements to available inventory
\n\u2022 Maintain safe and clean work by complying with all procedures, rules and regulations
\n\u2022 Collaborate with engineers, contractors, sub-contractors, and architects to determine the specifications of the project.
\n\u2022 Supervise and managing labour on site by overseeing payment approval, work approval and material approval
\n\u2022 Develop project progress reports.
\n\u2022 Perform other duties and responsibilities as required and requested.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 3 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry. Hospitality experience is a plus.
\n\u2022 Strong attention to details and organizational skills required.
\n\u2022 Excellent team player skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce.<\/p>\n
