Other responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Investment Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Investment selection in accordance with policies and guidelines established by the Fund and its Advisory Board.<\/li>\n<li>Sourcing, originating and structuring of transactions<\/li>\n<li>Drafting risk-focused finance reports<\/li>\n<li>legal implementation and disbursement.<\/li>\n<li>On-going monitoring and review of investments for adherence to objectives and guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Managing exits from investments<\/li>\n<li>Quarterly performance reporting<\/li>\n<li>Annual portfolio review and discussion of investments with the Advisory Board<\/li>\n<li>Participation in Board and Investment Committee meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0General marketing of the firm\u2019s products and services<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Building fruitful relationships with deal sourcing networks such as banks, consultants, donors, business associations etc<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Developing and maintaining a healthy relationship with existing clients, in order to generate repeat and\/or networked business opportunities<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Communicating effectively with internal and external customers\/stakeholders<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Negotiating partnership agreements and monitoring of partners<\/li>\n<li>Development of Human Resource<\/li>\n<li>Provision of leadership to increase returns and market dominance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Professional Qualification \u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A\u00a0<strong>Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong>\u00a0in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Social Science or a related field with Professional Certification in Accounting or Finance a plus<\/li>\n<li>At\u00a0<strong>least 5 years\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0experience in\u00a0<strong>Micro and SME Finance\/Credit<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>At\u00a0<strong>least 5 years\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0experience in a\u00a0<strong>Senior Management role.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience in Microfinance\/Non-Bank Financing a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Knowledge \u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Sound Private Equity\/Venture Capital financing knowledge, good networking skills, good team spirit &amp;
