\n\u2022 Oversee the management of construction contract with the view to ensuring compliance and due delivery of projects
\n\u2022 Advise on the procurement of consultancy services relating to the procurement of technical advice on construction on compliance with the relevant national laws and regulations
\n\u2022 Be responsible for management and maintenance of the building, roads, drains, parks and gardens of the University and their designs and drawings
\n\u2022 Advise the Vice Chancellor and the University council on matters of use land and development
\n\u2022 Provide architectural and engineering designs and bills of quantities of all university construction projects<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Have served as Deputy Director of Works and Physical Development in a University or comparable grade in a similar institution\/organisation for at least 6 years
\n\u2022 Applicants must be computer literate<\/p>\n
