\n\u2022 Advise the University college on the development, management and proper maintenance of ICT infrastructure, equipment, facilities, server infrastructure and all ICT-related services
\n\u2022 Facilite the formulation and review of ICT policies and guidelines in line with the changing demands in the ICT sector in collaboration the ICT Board for the University college
\n\u2022 Coordinate the preparation of an ICT strategic plan for the University college
\n\u2022 Oversee the preparation of an ICT policy documentation for the University College
\n\u2022 Oversee the adoption and enforcement of IT security policies, framework, and practices in the University college
\n\u2022 Oversee the adoption and enforcement of IT security policies, frameworks and practices in the University college
\n\u2022 Oversee mainstreaming of ICT in research, teaching and learning
\n\u2022 Advise the University College ICT demand, supply and user fees
\n\u2022 Advise the procurement committee on specifications, quantity and prices of ICT equipment and coordinate their provision and installation
\n\u2022 Advise the University College on the hosting, updating and functioning of CSUC website
\n\u2022 Advise the University College on operating and maintaining information systems, Databases, applications and portals
\n\u2022 Assess the ICT needs of ICT staff and organise capacity building workshops for ICT staff<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Should have considerable knowledge about E-Learning systems
\n\u2022 Must have extensive working experience of not less than 5 years at a University comparable institution<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must exhibit proactive leadership and managerial skills
\n\u2022 Must be exhibit high sense of work ethics and diligence
\n\u2022 Must have proven capacity to motivate and inspire staff and students<\/p>\n
