\n\u2022 Supervise the deans of the schools and faculties and the director of library, evaluating and approving recommendations for President\u2019s approval
\n\u2022 Liaise with the National Accreditation Board on new programme \/ re-accreditation of the University College and its programmes
\n\u2022 Maintain liaison with affiliates of the University College on academic performance and further develop strategic partnership that will bring lasting value and networks to enhance teaching and research
\n\u2022 Provide leadership in creating and maintaining academic standards and policies in the University College<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must be at least a Senior Lecturer\u2019s status with a PhD. Professorial status will be an advantage
\n\u2022 Must have at least 10 years working experience in a tertiary institution or academic-related institution of which 5 years should have been in leadership position
\n\u2022 Must have credible scholarly credentials in teaching, research and publication
\n\u2022 Must exhibit high sense of work ethics and diligence
\n\u2022 Must have proven capacity to motivate and inspire staff and students<\/p>\n
