We are currently recruiting for science presenters\/instructor\u2019s to work with children in the Accra area. We are a start-up called Terrific Scientific Busters and we bring fun out of science combining education and entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>We require reliable, enthusiastic, and very well organised individuals with great performing skills to present our science programmes to children between the ages 4 -12 years. Our science programmes take place in school clubs, assemblies and special events such as kids birthday parties! We are looking for (part-time) presenter to join our team of energetic and reliable and very hard working science instructors\/presenters. Candidates must be inspirational, dynamic and have a keen interest in promoting fun, stimulating learning for children.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Science Instructor \/ Party Entertainer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To provide science club programmes to primary schools and educational establishments for children 4-12 years<\/li>\n<li>To provide party entertainment service to children through children birthday parties and popular children\u2019s events.<\/li>\n<li>To be very responsible and well organised for all presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Have impeccable punctuation and reliability (excellent time management is crucial)<\/li>\n<li>To always work on and improve\u00a0 your \u00a0performing skills<\/li>\n<li>Be confident and fluent with all scripts.<\/li>\n<li>To make learning fun and exciting for children<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with \u00a0team members and work effectively as a team<\/li>\n<li>Be energetic, enthusiastic and very hard working<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A passion for working with children<\/li>\n<li>Acting skills<\/li>\n<li>Good rapport with children<\/li>\n<li>Sense of humour to win the interest from children<\/li>\n<li>Confident presentational manner<\/li>\n<li>Scientific background or at least very strong knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Very good spoken English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have one year proven experience working with children aged between 4 -12 years (in entertainment, education, sporting\u00a0setting etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kindly apply with your CV and cover letter explaining how you meet the requirements as well as demonstrating your experience.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Email Address:\u00a0<a>careers@scientificbusters.com<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Please note that given the likely high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do you have what it takes to be a children\u2019s\u00a0entertainer?
